1. Return and Exchange Conditions
Item Condition: The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Return and Exchange Application: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange. Requests beyond this period will not be processed.
Order Information: Please provide your order number and purchase date so that we can process your request faster.
2. Return and Exchange Process

Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return label that you can use to ship the item back.
Returning Items: Please send the item back to our designated address along with all original packaging and receipts.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Shipping Policy: If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged), the shipping cost will be borne by us. In other cases, the return shipping fee is borne by you.
4. Exchange Policy

5. Special Cases
Clearance Items: Clearance items and promotional items are not supported for return or exchange. Please understand.
Customized Products: Customized products are not supported for return or exchange once sold.
